This battery is an Unprotected Cell. While it is safe to use in E-cigs, vaporizers and other devices, it is highly recommended that it be charged using a Li-Ion Smart Charger A smart charger will automatically detect the amount of charge in the battery and shut off or switch to a trickle mode once the battery is fully charged.
